A lovely angora shawl, hand-woven from 100% angora from our own rabbits. The yarn is hand-spun in two plies — one from Reidar and one from Alfonso — two of the rabbits here at Rytne Angora. Both the warp and weft are made of pure angora, giving the shawl an unusual softness and a light, airy feel against the skin.
Angora is known for its extraordinary warmth and delicately fuzzy surface. This shawl is not mass-produced — the process from fiber to finished product has taken several months. A unique piece of craftsmanship, made to last for generations.
